Improving The Jury Duty Experience
This study explored the whole experience of being called for jury duty. As a team, we worked to develop a more human centered approach to being summoned all the way up to the time the jurors enter the courtroom. Part of our system included the creation of an automated check-in station for the 2 person team that checks in nearly 300 people every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
I also developed a supplemental wayfinding system that fits with the style already in place at the courthouse.
